You just have to give me campus code and secgtion number in section number
order.

If you have to have section number in the class title
Ex from west la college: WLAC ACC 001 8000 AM SP07
Then after section number add a S
W8000S
If you have to map (combine ) a class to another site then you add a C next
to the
Section number and then put the site code of the destination site.

Ex: from West file

W0101CLAW 003 VN SP07
Then section number 0101 will also have site code of WLAC LAW 003 VN SP07

could you send me a sample file attachment of how you would like the files,
like an excel file so I can use it as a template for future submissions.

The reason I need shells now and not at the end of the spring is that I am
going on a trip to Budapest on 5-26 until the start of the summer session,
and so I am going to work directly with the shells for summer, instead of
importing from a developmental shell. that will expedite it for me. then I
will use those shells for future exporting. I hope that is OK. it will save
me a step for now, and because I am overwhelmed with so many projects etc. I
would really appreciate it if there is anyway you can do that. of course if
it is not allowed I would understand.
