Let's see--

1. Open the file that Kanthi sends you using excel.

2. Add the following columns in the same order that I put them in my file:

User id after site id (user id = first 2 letters of firstname+first 2 letters of last name+last 5 digits of the instructor's social security number--so for me, it's rori21584)

Email address after the instructor's first name

3. Save the file as a .csv file.

4. send the csv file to vivie.
