Etudes NG bill

Dear David:

With the end of the year around the corner, I wanted to share with you next

year's (2008-09) costs for ETUDES-NG costs so that you can plan your budget,

growth, etc.

As our grant funding is reduced by 50% next year and ends the year after, we

have been working on a path to sustainability which will allow us to

continue to support you at the same level of service. Attached is a summary

of the necessary steps to sustainability, beyond grants.

Based on that information, here are projections for your ETUDES-NG costs for

2008-09.

HOSTING / SERVICES:

You are currently at level 2 that serves up to 1800 student enrollments

(this was increased from 1,500 in 2007-08). Let me know if you project to

grow beyond 1,800.

The cost for level 2 services for 08-09 is: $9,750

MEMBERSHIP:

$5,000 (reflects 50% discount for founding members)

TOTAL:

$14,750 (membership & services)

Additionally, let me know if you will be purchasing project sites ($4,000 /

year), and if you would like to upgrade to a gold or silver partner so that

we can adjust the above in our invoice and contracts for 2008-09. We will

send out invoices in March, 2008, allowing schools to take contracts through

their Board / approval processes.
